Returns Policy

5. Returns
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Goods may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt, provided they are unopened and in the exact condition in which they were despatched from us. If you wish to return goods please contact us in advance for authorisation, either by completing the form on the Contact Us page or informing us by telephone or Fax. Please make sure that you give your full name, address, telephone number, and invoice number on which the goods were charged. Refund will be applied to the cost of the goods only, and not to the cost of postage or carriage. We accept no liability for non-receipt of returned goods.
Please note that refunds are made by the same method of payment that you used to pay us: credit card payments will be reimbursed to your account; or Pay Pal to your Pay Pal account. Payments by cheque, postal order or money order will be refunded by cheque.
Claims
Damage or errors must be notified immediately upon receipt of goods. Damaged or incorrect goods must be returned to Natures Choice. Please contact us for authorisation and advice.
